Just like children, pets can be "spoiled". First of all, you bring them into your house. Then, you become their servant without them even asking you to do anything. You know all their needs and make sure they have everything. They don't pay rent, take out the garbage, wash dishes....none of these things. They eat, sleep, take a dump (some dogs will protect you), but other than that if not trained, they can really make a mess of the place and don't have to clean it up....I heard someone say, "I wish I could trade places beca
use they get away with a lot"!My sister's cats, scratch on her door when they want to get in her room. Pick a place to sleep anywhere in the house other than the sleeping beds she bought for them. They've scratched her, bit her and still live in the house. They also pick over their food. There's more, but I guess you've got the picture.
