I have a friend who mentioned to me he'd rather have a dog for a lifelong friend. I was a little puzzled, until he explained. He continued by saying, "If I lock my wife and dog in my trunk for a few days and open up the trunk, my dog will still be happy to see me." Of course he chuckled by himself. Then said, "That was a joke." Yes, it was a joke, but he really meant it. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth shall speak and he said it all in a "nutshell".
